  • Area Surcharge will be waive off for orders above $800
  • Additional surcharge $8-$18 is applicable if delivery from carpark to setup location is very inconvenient or very difficult to access & climbing high-rise building without lift.
  • Early hour surcharge is applicable for delivery time before 09:30am.
  • Area Surcharge, Additional Surcharge & Early Hour Surcharge are separate from transport Charge.

We provide warmer, warmer trays, table with skirting, disposable plates, forks, spoons, serviettes, etc. Free buffet tables with skirtings for the food layout.
(No flowers and no decoration except premium)
Note: NO WARMER PROVIDED for deep fried items. There is a surcharge for all deep fried items if you want the items to be put into warmer.

Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ)
  1. Kindly note that our delivery time is any time between 09.30am to 07.30pm. Kindly adjust 30 minutes for unforeseen traffic conditions.
  2. Additional surcharge is applicable for venues without lift access (climbing staircase) or parking access (far pushing distance).
  3. Food should best be consumed within 3 hours after delivery. (Within 2 hours for takeaway menu, mini buffet & mini tea packages).
  4. Any changes (including confirmation or cancellation) must be made latest 2 working days before function date.
  5. Please call us for any changes.
  6. Cancellation Fee (after confirmation) will be 30% on total bill. Cancellation Fee (w/ or w/o prior confirmation) on Function Date will be 100% on total bill.
  7. Liang Food Caterer reserves the right to replace any menu item should it become unavailable at the time of the event if the customer is not able to be reached.
  8. Function Room (or rental premise) venues will require collection time to be stated in the invoice.
  9. Latest collection time: 10:30pm.
  10. Collection time will have to be after 3 to 4 hours. Collection after that, will be an additional charge of $20. (If we call to push the collection at a later time, additional charge will be waive off)
  11. Mode of payment: Cash or Cheque on delivery.
  12. For Schools or Government Bodies: E-invoice or GeBiz payment available.
  13. For Cheque by Post, credit term period will decided by us based on case-by-case basis.
  14. For big orders above 200 pax, kindly note that early setup has to be done.
  15. For any big corporate events, kindly make early orders of at least 1 week in advance for easier & smooth planning.
  16. Note that food portion is at average of 1 per pax.
